    • PURPOSE: To make it possible to reduce the distance in axial direction from the end face of a winding to a snap ring by attaching ring-shaped portions to an armature core of a shaft insulating cylinder and to an end portion at the opposite side, the diameter of which is larger than that of the shaft insulating cylinder. CONSTITUTION: By providing a ring-shaped portion 18 on the outer periphery of an end portion at the side of a snap ring 17 of a shaft insulating cylinder pressed into the end face of an armature core 11, a creeping distance and an insulating distance in space from the snap ring 17 to the axial end face of a winding 15 is extended. By doing this, an allowance can be created in the insulating distance and thus the position of the snap ring 17 in axial direction can be put closer to the winding 15. As a result, the position of the snap ring 17 can get closer to the armature core 11, and the dimension in the axial direction of a motor portion can be reduced effectively.

    • PURPOSE: To fix a seal member having elastic property surely so as to prevent circulating flow surely by arranging the seal member having elasticity on the inner surface of a fan casing, and holding and fixing it by a fan casing. CONSTITUTION: The front surface shroud 11a of a centrifugal fan 11 is formed into a nearly circular cone shape, an erecting part is arrange on a circumference in the suction hole part of a fan casing 13, and it is relatively faced to the inlet of the front surface shroud 11a. A folding back part is formed so as to hold and fix a seal member 15 having elasticity. Dispersion of adhesion is not generated, and the number of the other part items is not increased, since the seal member 15 is arranged on the inner surface of the fan casing 13 and it is held and fixed by the fan casing 13. It is thus possible to carrying out positioning so as to fix the seal member 15 surely, and prevent circulating flow surely since it is brought in contact with the fan shroud 11a surely.

    • PURPOSE: To prevent a stator coil from jumping out or slipping off from a throttle, and carry out miniaturization by arranging projection parts in the vicinity of the winding of the stator penetrating the hole parts of an end blanket formed integrally with a diffuser. CONSTITUTION: An end blanket 2 is installed on a housing in which stator core 20 wound with a stator coil 18 is pressed in, and projection part 19 is arranged on the stator coil 18 side in a diffuser 8 installed on the end blanket 2 or the housing 1. The projection part 19 is positioned between the stator coil 18 wound around the stator core 20 and a slot 21 when the diffuser 8 is assembled with the end blanket 2. The projection parts 19 are arranged so as to exceed the vicinity of the stator coil 18. It is thus possible to prevent a loosed wire of the stator coil 18 from jumping out from the throttle 21. Deterioration of assemblage is prevented without increasing the number of part items.

    • PURPOSE: To improve the characteristics of a motor by winding one coil of the first and second coils having the different finishing times of commutation around all slots at first, and then winding the other coil around all the slots. CONSTITUTION: The two coils of the first coil N∥1A at the front position in the rotating direction, wherein commutation is finished at first, and the second coil N2A at the rear position in the rotating direction, wherein the commutation is finished later, are wound in a slot A of an armature core 32. The number of the windings of the first coil N1 is more than the number of the winding of the second coil N2. The winding sequence of the respective coil of the armature winding is set. After the second coil N2, whose winding number is less, is wound around the slots A-L at the entire surface in the sequence of N2A→N2 B→N2C→...N2L, the first coil N1, whose winding number is more, is wound around the slots A-L at the entire surface on the upper side in the sequence of N1A→N1B→N1c→...N1L. As a result, the coils can be wound within the period, wherein the interference to the bottom part of the neighboring slot is less, the space factor of the coil is increased and the characteristics of the motor can be improved.
