摘要： PURPOSE:To improve sliding resistance of a recording medium by supplying a necessary amount of lubricant from a lubricant supply source to the surface of the medium through a lubricant supply system. CONSTITUTION:Lubricant 14 is supplied from a lubricant supply source of a hollow part 11 of a spindle shaft 5 to the hub groove 13a of a hub 6 through a supply passage 12 by means of centrifugal force generated at the time of operating a head disk assembly, and further supplied to a spacer groove 15a of a spacer 9 laminated and placed on the hub 6. The spacer 9 is formed of a material immersed with the lubricant 14, and the lubricant 14 stored in the groove 15a is gradually oozed to the surface of the inner peripheral side of a recording medium 10 through the spacer 9. The lubricant 14 is moved from the inner peripheral side to the outer peripheral side by means of the force, an air stream. Thus, a lubrication film on the surface of the medium 10 is always maintained suitably to improve its sliding resistance.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small non-lead type semiconductor device with a number of electrode terminals. SOLUTION: The non-lead type resin sealing semiconductor device is produced by a process for preparing a conductive flat substrate (metal sheet) like a steel sheet, a process for respectively fixing semiconductor elements on prescribed spots on the principal side of the substrate by insulating adhesive agents, a process for electrically connecting the respective electrodes on the surface of each of semiconductor elements and the prescribed partitioned portions of the substrate by a conductive wire except for the semiconductor elements, a process for covering the semiconductor elements and the wire by forming the insulating resin layer over almost all the principal side of the substrate, a process for forming a plurality of electrically independent partitioned portions to partially become external electrode terminals at least by selectively removing the substrate from the rear side of the substrate, and a process for selectively removing the resin layer and making into piece for each of semiconductor elements and for each of a plurality of divided areas positioned around the semiconductor elements.

In this method, a whole magnetic disk device is held in a constant temperature bath 6 used in the temperature performance test, and a temperature in the constant temperature bath is set to the range from 50 deg.C to 60 deg.C higher than a normal operation temperature of the magnetic disk device. An area on the magnetic disk medium where a read error generates in a reading examination by using the magneto resistive head 1 is beforehand registered as the defective area.

The bonding wire BW is grasped by a clamp 7 having a first clamping end 7b1 and a second clamping end 7b2 between which a voltage is applied. Bonding is performed while the clamping state is monitored by checking whether the current between the clamping ends exceeds a predetermined value. For example, a detector 18 responds to the value of current measured by an ammeter 17 and instructs a tool drive 12 to stop bonding if a lower current is detected.

Other pads are departed from the magnetic disk 3 by air flow accompanied by the rotation of the disk to be floated. The slider 1 is constituted so as to be imparted with a prescribed load by a suspension 2. In this case, the contacting state between the slider 1 and the magnetic disk 3 is stabilized by specifying thc contacting force between the flowing out end pad and the magnetic disk 3 to be equal to or greater than 200mgf to be maintained for the long time. Moreover, the correct position between them at the time of a contact-recording is made possible.
