    • The present invention relates to amphiphilic polymer compositions, to a process for their preparation and to their use for preparing aqueous active compound compositions of water-insoluble active compounds, in particular active compounds for crop protection.The amphiphilic polymer compositions can be obtained by reacting a) at least one hydrophobic polymer P1 which carries functional groups R1 which are reactive toward isocyanate groups and which is constructed of ethylenically unsaturated monomers M1, comprising: a1) at least 10% by weight, based on the total amount of monomers M1, of monomers M1a of the formula I  in which X is oxygen or a group N—R4; R1, R2, R3 and R4 are as defined in the claims and the description; a2) up to 90% by weight, based on the total amount of monomers M1, of neutral monoethylenically unsaturated monomers M1b whose solubility in water at 25° C. is less than 50 g/l and which are different from the monomers M1a; and a3) up to 30% by weight, based on the total amount of monomers M1, of ethylenically unsaturated monomers M1c which are different from the monomers M1a and M1b, b) at least one hydrophilic polymer P2 which carries functional groups R2 which are reactive toward isocyanate groups, c) with at least one compound V which contains isocyanate groups and, with respect to the isocyanate groups, has a functionality of at least 1.5.

    • The present invention relates to novel comb polymers, to a process for their manufacture and to the use thereof in the stabilization in an aqueous phase of active or effect substances which are insoluble or sparingly soluble in water. The invention furthermore relates to the use of the comb polymers in the manufacture of active substance formulations or active substance preparations of water-insoluble active or effect substances, in particular of active substances for plant protection.The comb polymers can be obtained by copolymerization of monoethylenically unsaturated monomers M, the monomers M comprising: a) at least one monoethylenically unsaturated monomer Ma chosen from esters of monoethylenically unsaturated C3-C8-monocarboxylic acids with C1-C20-alkanols, C5-C10-cycloalkanols, phenyl-C1-C4-alkanols or phenoxy-C1-C4-alkanols and the diesters of monoethylenically unsaturated C4-C8-dicarboxylic acids with C1-C20-alkanols, C5-C10-cycloalkanols, phenyl-C1-C4-alkanols or phenoxy-C1-C4-alkanols; and b) at least one monoethylenically unsaturated monomer Mb chosen from the esters of monoethylenically unsaturated C3-C8-monocarboxylic acids and the mono- and diesters of monoethylenically unsaturated C4-C8-dicarboxylic acids with poly(C2-C4-alkylene ether)ols; and the total amount of the monomers Ma and Mb making up at least 60% by weight of the monomers M constituting the comb polymer.
