摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an injection bag from being broken or displaced in a method of constructing a tip-reinforced cast-in-place pile having, at the tip, an injection bag which is inflated at the bottom of the pile.
SOLUTION: A reinforcement cage having, at the tip, a steel frame at the bottom of which the injection bag is attached is vertically installed in an excavated hole. The steel frame is collapsed from the bent point at the bottom of the pile, and the injection bag is expanded to the bottom of the pile. An injection material is injected under pressure to pressurize and compress a pile tip ground. At least the lower part foundation cloth 22 of the injection bag uses an extensible material.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tip-preloaded cast-in-place pile construction method, in which an injection material can be sent roughly horizontally around an injection port of an injection bag, and a pile tip preloading device used in the construction method. SOLUTION: An injection port member 4 is composed of a vertical tube 4a formed as a both end-opened tube extended roughly in a vertical direction with an upper end connected to the lower end of an injection hose 17b, and a horizontal discharge panel 4b formed in a hollow cylindrical form of a low height, having a discharge hole 4c in a cylindrical side surface with a female screw hole 4h roughly at the center of an upper end engaged with a male screw 4g at the lower end of the vertical tube 4a for connection.
