    • The invention concerns a device for continuously conveying comminuted materials which do not flow easily, in particular comminuted cellulosed materials, the device being characterized by: (A) a container for receiving the comminuted material to be conveyed, which container has an inlet opening and an outlet opening, and into which container material comminuted by a charging worm is conveyed; (B) a clearing arm which is provided in the receiving container, is rotatably mounted and, by rotating, conveys the material in the receiving container to the discharge opening; (C) a discharge shaft which is connected to the discharge opening and accommodates the material conveyed by the clearing arm to the discharge opening; and (D) a discharge worm which projects into the discharge shaft and discharges the material conveyed into said shaft.

    • The invention concerns non-woven flame-retarded textile fabric produced by stiffening a formed fabric without the use of a binder and characterized by the fact that the formed fabric in question contains cellulose fibres incorporating at least one phosphoric flame retardant compound. The formed fabric is stiffened preferably using water jets. The products according to the invention have excellent flame resistance and good tear resistance even with low weights per unit surface area. The cellulose fibres can be used on their own or mixed with other fibres, especially non-melting fibres which are resistant to high temperatures. Suitable flame-retardant phosphoric compounds are found in particular in the group including the esters, ester amides and/or amides of pyrophosphoric acid, monothiono-, dithiono- or trithiophosphoric acid, triphosphoric acid, monothiono-, dithiono-, trithiono- and/or pentathiotriphosphoric acid, or of bis-(2-oxo-1,3,2-dioxaphosphinanyl)-oxides, bis-(-2-thiono-1,3,2-dioxaphosphinanyl) oxides, or 2-oxo-1,3,2-dioxaphosphinanyl-2'-thiono-1',3',2'-dioxaphosphinanyl oxides. Bis-(5,5-dimethyl-2-thiono-1,3,2-dioxa-phosphinanyl) oxide is especially suitable.

    • The invention relates to a process for producing cellulose shaped bodies, said process comprising the following steps: (A) dissolving cellulose in an aqueous solution of a tertiary amino oxide to form a cellulose solution which can be shaped; (B) shaping the cellulose solution and guiding the shaped cellulose solution into an aqueous precipitation bath in which the cellulose is precipitated, whereby a shaped body and a used precipitation bath are formed; (C) purifying the used precipitation bath by bringing it into contact with an ion exchanger, a purified, aqueous amino oxide solution being formed which is possibly dephlegmated and is then used in step (A) again for dissolving cellulose. The invention is characterized in that an ion exchanger is used whose carrier is cellulose to which groups suitable for ion exchange are attached.
