SOLUTION: This curable composition comprises (A) an organic polymer having one or more hydrolyzable silicon groups which can hydrolytically be cross-linked, (B) a fluorine-containing copolymer having polymer units each having a polyfluorohydrocarbon group and polymer units each having a photocurable functional group, and (C) a photocurable compound. The components B and C are preferably compounded in amounts of 0.1 to 20 pts.wt., and 0.1 to 20 pts.wt., respectively, per 100 pts.wt. of the component A. The curable composition may further contain (D) a polyfluorohydrocarbon group- containing (meth)acryloyl monomer and/or a polyfluorohydrocarbon group- oligomer preferably in an amount of 0.01 to 20 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the component A. The curable composition is useful for sealing materials, coatings, and so on.

SOLUTION: In transparent cured material layers, the inner layer contacting the outermost layer is made a layer of a cured active energy ray-curable coating composition containing a polyfunctional compound (a) having at least two active energy ray-curable polymerizable functional groups and a hydrolyzable silyl group-containing compound (b), and the outermost layer is made a silica layer of a cured coating composition containing polysilazane (c). The active energy ray-curable polymerizable functional group of the compound (a) is especially preferably a (meth)acryloyl group, and a silane coupling agent, silazane, and others are named as the compound (b). As the polysilazane (c), perhydropolysilazane is preferable in view of its low baking temperature and the fineness of its cured coat.

One example is a combination of an acrylic urethane and an acrylic ester having no urethane group. The polysilazane is preferably a perhydropolysilazane.
