摘要： Disclosed are an apparatus and a method to protect a device to be controlled. The apparatus to protect the device to be controlled, in a nuclear plant instrumentation and control system, includes an interface which interworks to a lock request for a screen from a first software control device and which checks the occupancy state on the screen associated with the device to be controlled; and a processor which changes the occupancy state to be ′lock′ to prevent a second control signal to be inputted from a second software control unit different from the first software control unit if the occupancy state of the screen is determined as ′unlock′ and which provides the changed occupancy state to the second software control unit.

摘要： PURPOSE: A control device with a real time diagnosing function of a nuclear power generator digital safety system is provided to diagnose robustness of major circuit devices in real time which configure a digital control module used in a nuclear power generator safety system. CONSTITUTION: A memory stores a program or data in a memory area. A processor(110) processes the program or data stored in the memory. A programmable logic device(120) diagnoses the robustness of the memory and the processor. A central processing device controls a nuclear power generator digital safety system according to whether the memory and the processor are robust. The programmable logic device includes a mirror memory comparator function unit.
