    • PURPOSE: Title adhesives and tape are provided which has a good electric insulating property, thermal resistance and adhesive force. CONSTITUTION: Polyimide resin(formula 1 and 2) is dissolved in organic solvent to give the polyimide adhesives. Thus, benzophenon tetracarboxylic acid-2-anhydride as a tetracarboxylic acid-2-anhydride is dissolved in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone at 25°C. 0.5 Mole of 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl sulfide and 0.5 mole of 2,2-bis(4-£3-aminophenoxy|phenyl)sulfone are mixed. 0.5 mole of 4,4-diaminodiphenyl sulfide and 0.5 mole of 2,2-bis(4-£4-aminophenoxy|phenyl)sulfone are stirred for 5 hours to give polyamic acid. Obtained 15 weight % of polyamic acid is coated on the polyimide film, and dried at 100°C for 3 minutes, at 130°C for 4 minutes, at 200°C for 3 minutes, and at 300°C for 1 hour to give the title adhesive tape.
