CONSTITUTION: A dermal patch for phototherapy comprises a thin film battery (1000) which is composed being connected in series with more than two of unit cells having flexibility to vary its shape; a film type circuit part (2000) which is connected electrically as the film type circuit part is formed on an upper surface and in which a shape is varied; and an LED (3000) which irradiates lights for phototherapy while being connected electrically being formed on an upper part of the film type circuit part. The thin film battery comprises a substrate capable of varying its shape; first and second unit cells which are positioned on the same plane on an upper part of the substrate and which are arranged being separated to each other; and a sealing film which seals the first and the second battery.

    • An iontophoresis patch is provided to improve the skin penetration effect of the interested material and retention property of the patch by forming an iontophoresis patch electrode and a battery into one system. An iontophoresis patch comprises: a patch sheet(10); a conductive electrode layer(20) being in contact with the patch sheet; a hydrogel layer(60) in which anode layer contains the manganese dioxide while being in contact with the conductive electrode layer and a cathode layer(50) containing the zinc are arranged to the either side, which comes into contact with each of the cathode layer and anode layer; and a current path connecting an anode layer and the cathode layer in the conductive electrode layer. The conductive electrode layer contains one of carbon and silver. The anode layer contains manganese dioxide, carbon, and binder.

    • PURPOSE: A method for preparing the cathode for a battery is provided, to charging materials for an anode uniformly, to improve the formability and the adhesive power and to allow anodes to be produced continuously by increasing the flowability. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of stirring a carbon material with a mixture solvent of isopropyl alcohol and water, adding a binder to the mixture and re-stirring the mixture to prepare a paste for a cathode; drying the paste and pulverizing it to prepare the powder for a cathode; adding a plasticizer to the powder, rotating the mixture in a mixer to prepare the granule for a cathode; pressing the granule on both sides of an anode base by using a roller to cote the anode base with the granule; leaching the plasticizer from the coated one by using distilled water; and re-drying the anode plate and re-pressing it. Preferably the plasticizer is poly(ethylene glycol), and 0.05-250 wt% of plasticizer is employed based on the total weight.
