    • A discovery apparatus and a method thereof are provided to discover a component which has an arbitrary IP address or is not registered at a DNS(Domain Name Server) and to be used independently of the DNS though a unit or a component has been already registered at the DNS. A discovery apparatus includes a transceiver(110), a controller(120) and a storage unit(130). The transceiver receives sharing information, to which unique information of a client is reflected, from the client within plural networks, receives a request message from the client and transmits the requested sharing information to the client according to the request message. The storage unit receives the sharing information from the transceiver, stores the received sharing information in a sharing space and provides the sharing information to the controller according to the control of the controller. The controller generates the sharing space for storing the sharing information according to the request message received via the transceiver.

    • An apparatus and a method for creating a DSP code in combination with a software module are provided to reduce a download time of software by downloading only necessary modules. An apparatus for creating a DSP code in combination with a software module includes a storage unit(130), a DSP code generator(140), a DSP processor(150) and a controller(160). The storage unit stores at least one software module. The DSP code generator combines the software modules stored in the storage unit with each other to generate a DSP code for executing predetermined multimedia contents. The DSP processor decodes and processes the generated DSP code. The controller generates and transmits a message for requesting a download of the software modules to a codec server positioned at an external network when there are no software modules for executing the multimedia contents.
