SOLUTION: In the metallic foil adhesive tape, an adhesive layer is formed on one surface of a metallic foil and a rear face-treating layer is formed on the other surface and the adhesive layer is formed of an acrylic adhesive composition containing an acrylic polymer having ≤0°C glass transition temperature as a main component and the rear surface-treating layer is formed of a rear surface-treating agent composition containing a silicone-based releasing agent containing a silicone component having a diorganosiloxane skeleton as a main component and an acrylic polymer. A condensation reaction type silicone-based release agent can suitably be used as the silicone-based release agent in the rear surface-treating agent composition for forming the rear surface-treating layer.
