摘要： An organic light emitting device (OLED) and a method for manufacturing the same are disclosed. In one embodiment, the OLED includes i) a pixel layer having a first electrode, a second electrode, and a light emitting portion interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode and having at least an emission layer, ii) a transparent member disposed in a direction in which light generated from the pixel layer is transmitted, iii) a diffraction grating disposed between the pixel layer and the transparent member, and iv) a low-refractive layer made of a material having a refractive index less than that of a material forming the transparent member, the low-refractive layer disposed between the diffraction grating and the transparent member. The OLED can prevent image spreading and deterioration in color purity while having enhanced light coupling efficiency.

摘要： The invention is directed to an organic electroluminescent (EL) display device having an improved light extracting efficiency due to a photonic crystal layer formed proximate one side of a stack. Among other elements, the stack may include a first electrode formed on a substrate, an organic light emitting layer formed above the first electrode, and a second electrode formed above the organic light emitting layer. Additionally, the photonic crystal layer may be configured to correspond to a wavelength of colored light. An organic EL display device having an improved light extracting efficiency may be manufactured using a thermal transfer donor film to adhere the photonic crystal layer to the stack.

摘要： A piezoelectric element layer is further formed as a package material of a secondary battery, so that the secondary battery can be self-charged using a voltage generated in the piezoelectric element layer according to vibration generated in an electronic device and vibration generated by movement of the electronic device itself. The secondary battery includes a battery case that accommodates an electrode assembly, the battery case having an outer coating layer and a piezoelectric element layer formed on an inner surface of the outer coating layer, and a protection circuit module mounted to an outside of the battery case and electrically connected to the electrode assembly. In the secondary battery, a voltage storage is provided to the protection circuit module, and the piezoelectric element layer converts absorbed vibration into voltage and then stores the voltage in the voltage storage so that the secondary battery is self-charged as occasion demands.
