    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a footing beam construction and shorten the construction period by forming footing beams with a steel frame such as an H-shape steel, putting them on the foundation concrete via a laminated rubber isolator, and constructing a steel framed construction thereon. SOLUTION: On the base isolation device fixing position 34 of a foundation concrete 1, a base plate 32 is fastened horizontally by means of anchor bolts 31, then a laminated rubber isolator 3 is fixed thereon. Next, a footing beam 4 consisting of a steel frame such as an H-shape steel is horizontally placed thereon via a liner 36, and attached on the corner of the footing beam is a damper 6 comprising a steel frame support pillar 61, a spring 64, or the like. Furthermore, on the footing beams 4, a flooring material 5 or the like is laid in addition to planting of steel frame pillars. As such, the laminated rubber isolator is allowed to absorb vertical vibration and the damper 6 is allowed to absorb horizontal vibration. Thus, the building construction can be simplified, followed by its shortened construction period.

CONSTITUTION: A joining metal fitting for reinforcing the base corner of a column erected on a foundation concrete through a groundsill comprises a base plate part 11 where a hole 15 is bored for fixing on a foundation, a back plate part 12 erected on the base plate part, the upper part of which is provided with holes 14a-14c for fixing on a column, and two side plate parats 13a, 13b erected on both side parts of the corners of the back plate part 12 and the base plate part 11, which are provided with holes 16a, 16b for fixing on the side of a brace interposed on the diagonal line between columns. A part of the base plate part 11 where the hole 15 is bored is formed wider than the other part, and the side plate parts 13a, 13b are quadrilaterals having an inclined side, formed by cutting off the diagonal corners of the corners between the back plate part 12 and the base plate part 11.
