    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a two layer type optical disk with high accuracy by subjecting a pair of optical disks to deforming the treatment and bonding the same with a UV curing type adhesive which is subjected to viscosity management. SOLUTION: This apparatus has a heating tank 21 which removes the air bubbles intruding into the supplied UV curing type adhesive 4 by holding the UV curing type adhesive for a prescribed time in the state of heating the adhesive to a prescribed temperature, temperature control tanks 22 and 23 by which temperature conditions are controlled in accordance with the viscosity/ temperature conditions at the time of use of the UV curing type adhesive 4 supplied from this heating tank 21 and a controller 24 which controls a heating means 31 of the heating tank 21 and heating and cooling means 33 and 35 of the temperature control tanks 22 and 23. After the air bubbles are removed from the UV curing type adhesive 4 in the heating tank 21, the UV curing type adhesive is supplied to the temperature control tanks 22 and 23 and is supplied to a coating mechanism in the state of maintaining the adhesive at the prescribed viscosity and is applied to the optical disks.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance yield by irradiating a laminated disk with UV from both sides and disproportionately and variably controlling the outputs of UV radiated on both the sides in such a way that the warpage of the laminated disk in the radial direction is adjusted in a prescribed range. SOLUTION: Two single-sided optical disks are put in a disk laminator to produce a laminated disk 1 with an uncured UV-curing adhesive held between the two disks and the laminated disk 1 is supported by a disk supporting structure. This 1st laminated disk 1 is irradiated with UV under initial set conditions to cure the UV-curing resin 4 and to stick the two single-sided optical disks to each other. The amount of warpage is measured with an in-line warpage inspecting machine, the inspected data are processed and the intensities of radiations of upper and lower UV radiators 6U and 6D are adjusted and controlled. Subsequent laminated disks 1 are then stuck while carrying out feedback control in accordance with the correlation between the amount of warpage and the intensity of radiation of UV.

SOLUTION: The first recording layer 4 having rugged pits 3 of recording data is formed atop the transparent substrate 2 by a stamper. The transparent substrate 2 is introduced into the chamber of a sputtering apparatus. Sputtering of a silicon target and sputtering of an aluminum target are alternately executed to disperse the superfine particles of aluminum oxide or silicon oxide, etc., of 1 to 20nm in diameter into the silicon film or the simple substance element film of aluminum, etc. A space layer 6 is formed on such translucent film 5 and a single plate formed with an aluminum reflection film is stuck onto the transparent substrate 2 formed with the recording layer in such a manner that the first and second recording layers 4, 8 face each other, by which the optical disk is obtd.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the readhesion of an unnecessary medicinal liquid to the front surface of a master disk by arranging a pure water film forming means around the master disk on a rotating means and forming the film of pure water over the circumference of the master disk. SOLUTION: The rotating means 12 is arranged in the central part of the master disk treating device 10 and has a turn table 22 for placing the glass master disk 20 which is a work and a motor 24. This turn table 22 is kept rotated continuously in an R direction around a central axis CL by the actuation of the motor in the state of placing the glass master disk 20 thereon. The pure water reservoir part 30 of the pure water film forming means 14 is arranged apart a spacing D over the circumference of the turn table 22 and the supply pipe 41 of a pure water supply system 40 is connected to this pure waster reservoir part 30. The pure water in a pure water supply source 60 is supplied into the pure water reservoir part 30 via a supply pipe 41. As a result, the bouncing back of the washing medicinal liquid to the glass master disk 20 is prevented.
