摘要： The device for electroslack welding by means of a non-consumable electrode and a consumable electrode includes a column (1) with a support (2) and a device (3) for adjustment of the latter, as well as a welding head (4) arranged on the support (2) with a device (5) for feeding the consumable electrode (6) into the slack bath and a device (7) for moving the mouthpiece (8) with the non-consumable electrode (9). The device (7) has an electric drive (10) which is secured to the body (11) of the welding head (4) and is able to alter its angle of inclination ( alpha ) relative to the level of slack bath (12), and is connected to the electric drive (14) of the device (3). A toothed rack (15) carrying the mouthpiece (8) is arranged in the housing (16) of the electric drive (10) and is able to execute reciprocating movement.

摘要： The present invention relates to building elements of various shapes and sizes for decorative finishing. The disclosed element comprises a construction block (1) made of either foam concrete, gas silicate concrete, claydite-concrete, heavy concrete, or otherwise of a thermal insulating material selected from the group consisting of foam polystyrene, foam polyurethane, gas silicate, or foam concrete or another material with similar thermal conductive qualities. The block may further take the form of a ceramic or silicate brick. The decorative coating (2) is formed by placing at least one side of the construction block into a mold containing the decorative finishing mixture. The distinguishing feature of the process lies in the preparation of said decorative mixture, which is obtained by mixing cement and three fractions of sand according to a ratio ranging from 1:1 to 1:3. During the mixing of the sand, and depending on its fraction, the following elements are added: firstly, the coarse fraction, followed by the medium and finally, the fine fraction in amounts 20 to 50, 25 to 30 and 55 to 70 percent by weight, respectively whereby water and a plasticizer are added at the same time as the sand, and the prepared mixture is poured into the mold. A layer of the resulting decorative finishing mixture can range in thickness from 3 mm to 50 mm. The construction block (1) is then deposited onto the layer of the prepared mixture, and maintained long enough for the mixture to harden.
