      SOLUTION: The heating device includes: a circulating piping to connect the downstream part and the upstream part of a transfer piping 2; a metering pump 7 to transfer the heated objects from the upstream part to the downstream part inside the transfer piping 2; and a forced circulation pump 12 to circulate a part of the heated objects. The flow rate per unit time of the forced circulation pump 12 is set to be larger than the flow rate per unit time of the metering pump 7. Then, a part of the heated objects is refluxed from the downstream part to the upstream part of the transfer piping 2 via the circulating piping and circulated through the transfer piping 2 and the circulating piping.
