    • PURPOSE:To enhance the recovery ratio of product gas, in a pressure swing adsorbing process, by returning a part of the exhaust gas of an adsorbing tower in a regeneration process to the supply line for gas to be purified in an adsorbing tower in a purifying process. CONSTITUTION:Stock gas is compressed by a compressor 21 to be introduced into an adsorbing tower A and N2 is removed by adsorption while product H2 is taken out. An adsorbing tower B is reduced in pressure to atmospheric pressure from an exhaust valve 3b and N2 desorbed along with residual H2 is returned to a stock gas line 11 through a pressure reducing valve 9 and a valve 14. Subsequently, a part of product H2 is introduced into the adsorbing tower B through a pressure reducing valve 6 and a valve 4b to wash an adsorbent and exhaust gas is returned to the stock gas line 11 through the pipe 14 and, subsequently, the adsorbing tower B is again pressurized by product H2-gas to prepare the next adsorbing process. Because the concns. of N2 in exhaust gases at the time of evacuation and washing rise by repeating the processes, a part of the exhaust gas is purged from a valve 10 to lower the concns. of N2 to a set level or less.

    • PURPOSE:To convert hydrogen stored in a suction storage layer into hydrogen gas with high purity by introducing the material hydrogen gas into the apparatus via a water introducing pipe, and by releasing part of this material hydrogen gas being introduced out from a leadout pipe. CONSTITUTION:Hydrogen gas is introduced into the apparatus 1 from a hydrogen source by opening an opening/closing valve 8 on a lead-in pipe 2, and the material hydrogen gas is inhaled into a storage layer 4 through a filter 2a. At the same time, part of the material hydrogen gas being inhaled is released to outside the apparatus by opening an opening/closing valve 9 on a leadout pipe 3. Thus the specific amount of hydrogen gas is released to outside the system by opening said valve 9 so as to prevent accumulation of impurities in the system during storage, which will ensure that the hydogen inhaled in the storage layer through reaction of the material hydrogen gas with hydrogen-inclusive alloy is given a high purity.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent breakage and noise due to impingement between a cargo bed and a chassis frame, by locking a rod in a hoist cylinder for rising the cago bed to a damper mechanism provided on a support plate for the cargo bed before the tilted bed is abutted against the chassis frame. CONSTITUTION:When a rod 2a having a top end pivotally attached to lift plates 3 through a cross-head 4 is extended by actuating a hoist cylinder 2 which is pivotally attached at its base end to a chassis frame, a tension force is effected in a tension rod 6 which is pivotally attached at its base end to the chassis frame and also pivotally attached to its top end to the above-mentioned lift plates 3 through a coupling shaft 7. With this arrangement the compression force of the hoist cylinder 2 acts to rotate and rise up a cargo bed pivotally attached to the rear end of the chassis frame. In this stage, the rod 2A is fitted into an engaging and releasing groove 9a in a damper member 9 constituting a damper mechanism 8 provided to the coupling shaft 7 before the cargo bed abuts against the rear end of the chassis frame, so that the cargo bed is secured at the maximum angle position.
