    • A driving circuit for driving an organic light emitting diode (OLED) includes a first transistor having drain and source respectively connected to a power voltage and an OLED, an inverter having an output connected to a gate terminal of the first transistor, an input circuit having an output connected to an input of the inverter for inputting data, and a voltage-dropping circuit connected to the output of the input circuit for dropping a voltage at the output of the input circuit. The driving circuit drives the OLED to emit light according to a data input received at the input circuit.

    • A pixel driving circuit for use in an Active Matrix Organic Light Emission Display (AMOLED). A pixel driving method for use in the AMOLED. The pixel driving circuit comprises a current source, a driving pump, and a discharge circuit. A fixed current is provided by the current source. The driving pump coupled to the current source and a Light Emitting Diode (LED), charges a cell to saturation by the fixed current, such that the potential of the cell drives the LED lighting. The discharge circuit, coupled to the driving pump and a data line, controls the cell discharge based on a data signal on the data line. The discharge circuit controls the cell discharge speed, whereby the LED lighting time and luminance is adjusted.

    • A pixel circuit for driving a plurality of pixel units within a display includes: a plurality of scanning lines formed within the display for transmitting scanning signals to the pixel units; a plurality of data lines formed within the display and transversely crossing the scanning lines for transmitting data signals to the pixel units, respectively; and a plurality of LDD-TFTs. The LDD-TFT is coupled to a respective scanning line, a respective data line and a driving transistor. The LDD-TFT includes a first lightly doped drain that is most closed to the driving transistor and that has a first length, and a second lightly doped drain that has a second length shorter than the first length.
