摘要： A sliding window based data estimation is performed. An error is introduced in the data estimation to the communication modeling the relationship between the transmitted and received signals. To compensate for an error in the estimated data, the data that was estimated in a previous sliding window step (58) or terms that would otherwise be truncated as noise are used. These techniques (50, 52, 54, 56. 58, 60, 62 and 64) allow for data to be truncated prior to further processing reducing the data of the window.

The system includes a computer, a historical information database accessible by the computer having historical information for a plurality of investments stored thereon, a connection to a supply of real-time data, the real time data comprising real-time data relating to a plurality of investments, and a templates database accessible by the computer having a plurality of templates stored thereon. 摘要： Various approaches to efficiently allocating and utilizing hardware resources in data centers while maintaining compliance with a service level agreement are described. In various embodiments, an application-level service level objective (SLO) specified for a computational workload is translated into a hardware-level SLO to facilitate direct enforcement by the hardware processor, e.g., using a feedback control loop or model-based mapping of the hardware-level SLO to allocations of microarchitecture resources of the processor. In some embodiments, a computational model of the hardware behavior under resource contention is used to predict the application performance (e.g., as measured in terms of the hardware-level SLO) to be expected under certain contention scenarios. Scheduling of workloads among the compute nodes within the data center may be based on such predictions. In further embodiments, configurations of microservices are optimized to minimize hardware resources while meeting a specified performance goal.

For example, intra-picture prediction for a current block uses a non-adjacent reference line of sample values to predict the sample values of the current block. This can improve the effectiveness of the intra-picture prediction when the reference line of sample values that is adjacent the current block includes significant capture noise, significant quantization error, or significantly different values (compared to the current block) due to an occlusion. Innovations described herein include, but are not limited to, the following: intra-picture prediction with multiple candidate reference lines available; encoding/decoding of reference line indices using prediction; filtering of reference sample values; residue compensation weighted prediction; mode-dependent padding to replace unavailable reference sample values; using in-loop-filtered reference sample values; encoder-side decisions for selecting reference lines; and post-filtering of predicted sample values.
