CONSTITUTION:A moving construction device 10 is constituted togetherwith a traveler 12 and a slide member 14, and a rear wheel mechanism 16 wherein a hydraulic jack 48 to elevate a pair of rollers 40 is arranged to the upper parts of a pair of the rollers 40 for nipping a rail 18b therebetween is provided. The rear wheel mechanism is removably mounted on a traveler 12 through a jack bracket 50, a mounting part 52 and the lock tool of a bottom chord member 22. The height of the roller 40 is regulated by means of the jack 48. When a regulating margin is high in relation to a longitudinal slope, the given mounting hole is selected from moulding holes respectively formed in the bracket 50 of the wheel mechanism 16 and a mounting part 52 of the traveler 12, and a position mounted on the traveler 12 is regulated and height is regulated by securing by means of the lock tool.

    • PURPOSE:To increase erection workability without need of reinforcement or prevention mechanism from rushing, by directly bearing all reacting forces through bridge piers, against the bearing of main girders through at least three supporting bases installed on bridge piers respectively or during transfer of the supporter. CONSTITUTION:Three support bases 20a-20c equipped with moterized feed rollers 24, 24 having support jacks 22 and brake mechanisms are installed on existing bridge piers 26a-26c. And a frame support 30 is suspended through a main girder 28. And after installation of a girder A, when transferring the support 30, the support base 20a is suspended by a transfer device 32 of the support base during moving forward the main girder 28 to remove it and fixed at the front bridge pier 26d. During that time, the main girder 28 is suspended by the bridge piers 26b, 26c through the support bases 20b, 20c and the main girder 28 moved forward is supported by the bridge piers 26b-26d. And further, the main girder is always directly supported by the bridge pier 26a or others through the support base 20a or others.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of setting a PC girder between following diameters even without movement of a portal type erection machine on the same bridge pier and preventing instability of the PC girder at the time of lifting it. SOLUTION: A lifting lug 20 to be used for a PC girder erection device is fastened and connected by a PC steel bar 23 projected from an upper surface of a PC girder 2 by providing a lifting point 22 on a head end of a beam member 21 hanging out in the bridge shaft direction from an end part of the PC girder 2. The PC steel bar 23 is anchored on an upper surface of the beam member 21 by pressing a bearing pressure plate 26. Hanging length of the beam member 21 is adjusted by properly selecting PC steel bar insertion holes drilled at a plural number of points in the bridge shaft direction. This PC girder erection device can lift down the PC girder 2 on a fulcrum even when a gantry type erection machine is not positioned immediately above the fulcrum and carry out lifting down work between following diameters without changing a position of a lifting point by changing a direction of the lifting lug.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to eliminate the need for a large crane, to provide a working floor for assembling reinforcements separately from a shuttering, and to carry out assembly work for the shuttering and that for reinforcements in parallel. SOLUTION: A moving scaffolding 1 has a cart 3 which can move on a main girder 2 and a reinforcement lifting frame 4, and is furnished with also a column guide frame used to move the reinforcement lifting frame 4 separately. The cart 3 carries a working floor 7 fitting the shape of the underside of a floor system. The reinforcement lifting frame 4 has a longitudinal beam 11 placed astride a front column 8, a rear column 9 and an intermediate column 10, from which elevating members 12 and lifting hardware 14 are suspended and elevate block reinforcements 13. The rear column 9 is erected on the existing floor system 15 by extending a leg 9a. The intermediate column 10 is provided near the rear column 9 and is used at the time of setting the column guide frame and placing concrete.
