    • PURPOSE: A vibration absorbing device for a grinder is provided to minimize the separation of a grinding tool from a grinding zone even when workpieces are not ground or vibration is generated. CONSTITUTION: A vibration absorbing device(100) for a grinder comprises first and second bodies(120,110) and elastic members(130,140). A first body is detachably coupled with the rotary shaft of a grinder. The first body has a separation preventing unit(124). The second body has a receiving part, a separation preventing sill, and a fixing member joining unit(114). The separation preventing sill engages with the separation preventing unit of the first body. The fixing member joining unit is formed at the opposite end of an opening. The elastic member is placed between the end of the first body and the inner side of the receiving part of the second body.

The binder is made of a metal matrix formed of a metal or a metal alloy. The metal matrix has a second phase and/or a pore at the volume fraction of 3 to 30%. The second phase is one or two or more selected from a nonmetallic inclusion, ceramic and cement, and the second phase and the pore have a size of 3 micrometers or less.
