摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary sushi food managing system which can manage the freshness of foods such as sushi foods.
SOLUTION: When sushi foods on turntables 105a and 105b pass through readers 107a and 107b, the IDs thereof are read from IC chips provided on respective sushi plates.
