摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method capable of manufacturing a resin belt at a low cost with good productivity and capable of enhancing the uniformity of the thickness of the resin belt over the whole of the belt. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic sheetlike film is twice wound around a core rod member to be fitted in a tubular mold member and thermally fused to each other under heating to manufacture the resin belt. In this manufacturing method, the sheetlike film is wound around the core rod member so that a gap is provided between the winding start part and winding end part of the sheetlike film in the peripheral direction of the core rod member and thermally fused under heating so that the winding start part and winding end part of the sheetlike film become at least the same position in the peripheral direction.

摘要： PURPOSE:To easily perform work for rounding the sheetlike material into a tubular shape and produce a tubular body without causing variation of quality. CONSTITUTION:An aperture part 10a for inserting the sheet material is formed on the side face of a cylindrical jig 10 having a prescribed inside diameter. The sheet material A is inserted into the cylindrical jig 10 by force rollers 11 and also inserted into the inside of the cylindrical jig 10 while being rounded along the inner circumferential face of the cylindrical jig 10 by force-feeding of the force rollers 11 and rotation of an entangling roller 12. Thereby external force is uniformly exerted to the sheet material A in the direction of thickness. The lapped part of the sheet material A is prevented from being slipped. After the sheet material A is throughly taken-up into the cylindrical jig 10, the entangling roller 12 is rotated in the direction reverse to that at the time of insertion. Thereby the sheet material A is contact-bonded on the inner circumferential face of the cylindrical jig 10. A tubular body having the prescribed outside diameter is formed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide the titled resin tube having a high content ratio of filler and no defect by a method wherein a sheet of polyethylene tetrafluoride resin containing filler and assistant is formed in the form of a tube of equal thickness and then stretched and fixed. CONSTITUTION:A sheet of polyethylene tetrafluoride resin which contains filler (titanium oxide, carbon black, etc.) and assistant (such as naphtha)by 15-70wt% is wound about core material 2 provided with thermoshrinkable tube 3 and reinforcing material (such as polyethylene tetrafluoride resin) 4 is wound on it to provide tube body 5 and thereafter this tube is pressed and revolved between flat plates to obtain a tube body 6 of equal thickness. Then, the thermoshrinkable tube 3 is shrunk by heating and removed along with the core material 2. Besides, the tube body 6 is preheated at 327 deg.C or more for about 20min to obtain a porous polyethylene tetra fluoride tube containing filler.

Example methods may include providing a first ribbon comprising one or more thermoplastic materials and a piece of shrink tubing defining a shrink tube lumen and forming a first assembly by positioning the first ribbon inside the shrink tube lumen and urging the first ribbon to assume a tubular shape in which the first ribbon defines a ribbon lumen. A second assembly may be formed by loading an inner tubular member over a mandrel and forming or placing a support structure over an outer surface of the inner tubular member. A third assembly may be formed by inserting the second assembly into the ribbon lumen defined by the first ribbon of the first assembly. The third assembly may be heated to a process temperature.

摘要： Apparatus and methods are provided for creating tubular devices, e.g., as components for catheters, sheaths, and or other devices sized for introduction into a patient. In one embodiment, a method is provided for making a tubular device using a sheet of material including a coated first surface. The sheet is rolled around a mandrel until longitudinal edges of the sheet are disposed near or adjacent one another, e.g., without attaching the longitudinal edges together. A tubular braid is positioned over the sheet-wrapped mandrel, one or more tubular segments are positioned over the tubular braid, and heat shrink tubing is positioned over the tubular segments. The resulting assembly is heated to cause the tubular segments to at least partially reflow and/or otherwise laminate the tubular segments to the tubular braid and sheet. The heat shrink tubing and mandrel are then removed to create the tubular device.

摘要： An apparatus for welding a tubular lining of a wastewater pipe includes a retainer for the butt-jointed longitudinal edges, which are to be welded, of a plastic panel bent to form a pipe, and a welding apparatus. The retainer includes one respective clamping device for each edge formed by a stationary clamping bar on the outside of the pipe and a movable clamping bar on the inside of the pipe which is connected to an actuating drive. The stationary clamping bars are located opposite of one another with respect to the butt joint between the two longitudinal edges while leaving a gap open. At least one of the two movable clamping bars forms a stop for one longitudinal edge of the plastic panel in a position placed against the associated stationary clamping bar. A guide is provided along the gap between the stationary clamping bars for the welding device.
