摘要： PURPOSE:To facilitate the removal of refuse yarn, by furnishing a longitudinal slot at the refuse yarn-winding position of the spindle, and placing a cutter in the slot, wherein said cutter is projected from the cutter by the external pressure to cut the refuse yarn wound around the refuse yarn winding part. CONSTITUTION:A twisting winder is furnished with a refuse yarn winding part 2 under the bobbin-holding part of the spindle 15 to wind the yarn during the exchange of the bobbin 6. In the above winder, a longitudinal slot 2b is formed to a part of the spindle 15 containing the refuse yarn winding part 2, and a cutter 7 is inserted in the slot 2b and held swivellably around the pin 8. When the outer end 7a of the cutter 7 is pressed externally with the pressing member 9, the upper part 7c of the cutter 7 is protruded from the longitudinal slot 2b to cut the refuse yarn wound around the spindle. The upper part 7c of the cutter 7 is pulled back into the longitudinal slot 2b by the spring 17 when the pressing force is removed.
