The member (2) has an external connector 25 connected to the internal power source 27 and the switch 28 in parallel. On the other hand, the fitting parts (13, 14) have a door side connector 15 connected to the external connector 25 while the member (2) is fitted. The door side connector 15 is connected to an on-vehicle power source 6 via a door switch 5 for detecting the opening/closing of the door 1, and the light emission unit 21 is lit while the door 1 is opened.
