    • PURPOSE:To prevent the coloration of an inflation film or the capacity reduction of an apparatus, by hardly generating the deterioration or thermal decomposition of a powder by using non-oxidative gas such as nitrogen gas or carbon dioxide in inflating the inflation film. CONSTITUTION:When non-oxidative gas such as nitrogen gas or carbon dioxide is supplied to a gas supply pipe 4, synthetic resin in a molten state is inflated to be formed into an inflation film. A powder 7 transported onto the upper surface part of a mandrel 15 is rapidly adhered to the inner surface of the inflation film 5 by a blade shaped rotor 8. Therefore, the powder 7 on the upper surface 18 of the mandrel 15 does not almost receive heat influence. In addition, because an inflation bubble 6 is filled with the gas such as nitrogen gas or carbon dioxide used in inflating the inflation film 5, the powder 7 is prevented from deterioration or decomposition.
