摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate defective painting and to improve the recovering rate of an electrodepostion paint by removing the electrodeposition paint leaking from the space between the revolving shaft and bearing of a circulation pump by an aq. soln. added with a solvent or acid and recovering such electrodeposition paint together with the aq. soln. into a recovering tank. CONSTITUTION:The electrodepositon paint in an electrodeposition tank is circulated by flowing, as shown by an arrow A, into the impeller 21 of the circulation pump 7 provided to a passage for circulating the electrodeposition paint and flowing out thereof as shown by an arrow B. Part of the electrodeposition paint passes through the slight space between the revolving shaft 20 and the bearing 19 and leaks to the outside peripheral surface of the shaft 20 exposed in an inside chamber 22 of a housing. An open end 23 of a filtrate introducing pipe 17 is thereupon disposed above the shaft 20 in the chamber 22 and the aq. soln. added with the solvent or acid is supplied from the pipe 17. The aq. soln. in which the leaking electrodeposition paint is recovered flows out into a spout 21 and is recovered into the recovering tank 26.

摘要： PURPOSE:To remarkably decrease the parts remaining without being coated and to drastically shorten the time required for removing a coating material so as to improve productivity. A cleaning device 24 having a scraper 36 and a resilient porous member 35 consisting of sponge, cloth, paper, etc., is disposed in the front part of the jig body 21. The cover parts (hoods, truck lids) of automobiles are opened and closed by extending the bar-shaped member 23 and the rear surface of these cover parts is coated; thereafter, the bar-shaped member 23 is retracted into the jig body 21 and the coating material sticking to the peripheral surface thereof is removed by the scraper 36 and the porous member 35.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent occurrence of coating inferiority and to form uniform coated film having good appearance, by washing material to be treated after chemical conversion treatment, further, controlling temp. of the final washing water to form uniform water film on surface of material to be treated, then performing electrodeposition coating. CONSTITUTION:Treating material transferred in an arrow direction along a conveyor 10 is dipped and chemically treated in chemical conversion liquid vessel (figure is omitted), then subjected to circulation industrial water spray washing, industrial water dip washing and spray washing after taking out from vessel in order, then a circulation clean water spray washing W4 is carried out by a circulation pump 16a of a clean water vessel 16. At finally washing the material to be treated by a pure water spray washing W5, temp. of pure water is detected by a water temp. sensor 2 provided at a pure water feed pipe 5. The detected value is compared with room temp. of draining treating place detected by a room temp. sensor 3, and by an adjuster 1, a flow rate adjusting value 4a provided at a cold water circulation pipe 7 to a heat exchanger 6 is adjusted by an operating motor 4. In this way, temp. of the final washing water is controlled to adjust drying rate to form uniform water film on surface of treating material, then electrodeposition coating is carried out in an electrodepositing paint vessel 8.
