    • In an output buffer circuit, a logic circuit generates first and second data signals each having a voltage level between a low voltage and a first high voltage. A level shift circuit receives the first data signal and generates a third data signal having a voltage between a first intermediate voltage and a second high voltage higher than the first high voltage. An output circuit includes first and second P-channel MOS transistors and first and second N-channel MOS transistors powered by the low voltage and the second high voltage, a gate of the first P-channel MOS transistor receives the third data signal, a gate of the second P-channel MOS transistor receives a second intermediate voltage between the low voltage and the second high voltage, a gate of the first N-channel MOS transistor receives the data signal, and a gate of the second N-channel MOS transistor receives a third intermediate voltage.

    • A portable transmitter includes a circuit board having a button battery and an antenna; and a case accommodating the battery and the circuit board. The case includes first and second case members being engaged with each other. A concave portion is formed on the first or second case members to accommodate the button battery, and a lock portion is formed on the first or second case members to lock the circuit board. While the concave portion accommodates the button battery and the circuit board is locked by the lock portion, a surface of the circuit board and a surface of the button battery are attached, and the first case member and the second case member are engaged.

    • A portable transmitter has an inner cover, an outer cover, outer knobs, a cover, a circuit substrate, etc. The cover has projection parts made of elastic material. Each projection part projects toward a corresponding opening part of the outer cover through a corresponding penetration hole of the inner case. The front end of the projection part is contacted to the corresponding outer knob. The opposite part of the projection part is contacted to a corresponding tact switch formed on the circuit substrate while the projection part is elastically deformed and the inner case accommodates the cover. Each of the outer knobs is placed in the corresponding opening part of the outer case while the outer peripheral part of the outer knob is pushed onto the outer peripheral part of the wall surface of the opening part formed in the outer case by repulsive elastic force applied from the cover.
