    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving device for a seating means of an elevator connection stairway, capable of being moved between a specific floor and a landing by using the tare of the seating means, such as a wheelchair in which a user is seated, and of being returned to the landing or the floor where use of the moving device was started in an unmanned state after used, in the elevator connection stairway.
      SOLUTION: This moving device is provided with a first rail member slantly laid down between one floor 2a and an upper landing; a second rail member 30 slantly laid down between the one floor 2a and a lower landing 6b; a movable member 31 movably provided along the rail members; a hanging member 32 provided in the movable member 31 so as to be lifted/lowered and capable of hanging the seating means C; and first and second return means having one ends connected with the movable member 31 and the other ends to which weights are attached and returning the empty hanging member 32 to the landings or the floor 2a together with the movable member 31.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the range of drop ceiling by disposing an air volume regulator at an opening conducting a space passage constituting the lower space of a public passage and an underfloor space of a room contiguous to the public passage so that air conditioning can be carried out individually for each tenant through a common air conditioner thereby eliminating fluctuation of air conditioning. SOLUTION: An air conditioning room 22 is constituted as a core common to each room and a common air conditioner is set therein. The space under 20 is partitioned by a partition wall 24, e.g. a heat insulating panel, to constitute a first air passage 25. Condition openings 26 are made between the first air passage 25, the underfloor of 5 of each room 7 contiguous to the public passage 20 and the air conditioning room 22. The first air passage 25 is provided with a lower heat insulation panel 29 on the floor slab 4 in addition to an upper heat insulation panel 28 and a heat insulating material layer may be provided on the under side of the floor slab 4 in place of the lower heat insulation panel 29.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform inspection of an interior of a hollow slab, and prevent drop of structural resistance, by forming a plurality of ribs drawn up in a line on one face side of a plate-shaped section, installing a heat insulating panel on the aperture side of a recessed groove so as to constitute an air passage, and constituting an aperture for entrance and exit of air in a heat insulating panel. SOLUTION: Beam-shaped sections 103 are projected from both ends on one face side of the plate-shaped section 102 of a concrete slab 101, and a plurality of ribs 104 drawn up in a line between beam parts 103 are made, and a plurality of recessed groves 105 are constituted. Then, the inner rib 104i between the adjacent recessed groves 105a and 105b is made lower tan an outer rib 104O. Furthermore, a heat insulating panel 106 is installed on an aperture side of the recessed grooves 105a and 105b, thus a set of air passages 107a and 107b surrounded by the recessed grooves 105a and 105b and the heat insulating panel 106 are constituted. Moreover, a communication part 1-8, which makes the air passages 107a and 107b communicate with each other on one end side, getting over the middle rib 104i, is constituted of the heat insulating panel 106, thus a series path is constituted.
