      PREPARATION: An aniline derivative shown by the formula II is reacted with a chloroformate shown by the formula III in a solvent such as benzene, etc. in the presence of a dehydrochlorinating agent (e.g., pyridine) under cooling or heating (0W150°C), to give a compound shown by the formula I.
