PROCESS: An aniline derivative of formula II is reacted with a chloroformic ester of formula III in a solvent, e.g. benzene, in the presence of a dehydrochlorinating agent, agent e.g. pyridine, to give the compound of formula I in high yield. The reaction is carried out if necessary under cooling or heating at 0W150°C and completed instantaneouslyWin 10hr.
