SOLUTION: The multilayered laminate having reflection preventing properties and scratch resistance is formed by successively laminating a protective layer (1) comprising cured matter of a compound having a (meth)acrylic functional substituent or a curable composition containing this compound or a thermoplastic acrylic resin, a high reflective index layer (2) with a refractive index of 1.60 or more containing a metal oxide sol and a low refractive index layer (3) with a refractive index of 1.45 or less obtained by curing a composition containing a silicone resin having a fluorine-containing organic group on a transparent substrate. A cured film excellent in the adhesion to the substrate and having excellent scratch resistance and reflection preventing capability can be applied to the surface of the substrate by laminating the specific protective layer, the high refractive index layer and the low refractive index layer on the transparent substrate of every kind such as glass, ceramics, plastic or the like so as to obtain a predetermined film thickness.
