摘要： PURPOSE:To make it possible to measure stringiness quickly and accurately and to improve reproducibility of measurement by elongating a conductive material having stringiness and measuring strain which is applied at this time. CONSTITUTION:A specimen is put in a petri-dish 2. The specimen is heated and fused by an internal heating method utilizing microwave in a short time. The specimen is mounted on a specified position on a control box 1 in a constant temperature chamber. a picker 7 is inserted into the fused specimen. A voltage having a specified value is applied across the specimen and the picker 7, and a current is made to flow. The voltage across both parts is measured. Then, the picker 7 is lifted. A force applied on the parts 4 and 13 and the picker 7 is measured with a strain gage 6. When the elongated string of the sample is cut and the voltage across the specimen and the picker 7 becomes zero, the picker 7 is stopped at this point. The time required for interval from the start of the picker 7 and the cut of the elongated thread is read based on the recorded chart of the strain gage 6. The length of the string is obtained from the time and a preset lifting speed. The length of the string is also obtained by dividing the amount of the maximum load by the upper area (a) of the picker. The strength of the string can be obtained from the area of the chart.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable to readily isolate the angiogenin in high recovering rate and in high purity, to permit its massive treatment, and to reduce its production cost. CONSTITUTION:The method for isolating the angiogenin from a specimen solution containing the angiogenin comprises the steps (1) to (4) of: (1) bringing the specimen solution into contact with a polysaccharide sulfate carrier, eluting the obtained adsorbed fraction with an aqueous solution or buffer solution, and subsequently desalting the eluate to obtain a fraction containing the angiogenin; (2) dissolving the fraction obtained in (1) in a buffer solution containing sodium thiocyanate, and removing the insolubles; (3) adding an alcohol to the solution obtained in (2) to precipitate proteins except the angiogenin, and removing the precipitates, and; (4) desalting the solution obtained in (3). The angiogenin isolated in high purity is expected to be used as an ingredient for foods, feeds, specimens, and medicines.
