    • The invention provides genetically modified non-human mammals and genetically modified animal cells containing a functionally disrupted PDE11A gene. Also provided by the invention are methods of screening for agents that modulate PDE11A to modulate spermatogenesis, methods of treating mammals to modulate spermatogenesis, and methods of modulating cAMP and cGMP signal transduction in cells that express PDE11A. The invention also provides agents and methods relating to the effect of PDE11A modulation (i.e. PDE11A inhibition or stimulation) on ex vivo spermatozoa capacitation and PDE11A stimulation on in vivo spermatozoa capacitation. The invention also relates to the effect of PDE11A modulation on male pro-fertility and female sexual dysfunction (FSD), specifically female sexual arousal disorder (FSAD), female orgasmic disorder (FOD), hypoactive sexual desire disorder (HSDD) or sexual pain disorders.

    • A portable collapsible ventilator that is used to direct air currents into a boat hatch, recreational vehicle vent, or other opening in an enclosed space while, at the same time shielding that opening from the intrusion of rain and direct sunlight. The ventilator has a frame of hinged, flexible rods covered with a water repellent fabric with an opening at one end. The ventilator is erected into a freestanding unit by pushing down on the hinge point of the flexible rods and locking them in position with a locking mechanism to form a semi-circular shape. A rod is inserted between the front and center hinge points to extend the open end of the device forward into a rain and sun shielding position. The ventilator is then positioned over the opening to be ventilated and secured in place with attached shock cords. When not in use, the ventilator is collapsed into an elongated shape with the flexible rods aligned and the cover folded around them to enable insertion into a storage bag.

    • In one embodiment, a node comprises a plurality of processor cores, coherency control circuitry coupled to the plurality of processor cores, and at least one coherence unit coupled to the coherency control circuitry. Each processor core is configured to have a plurality of threads active and each processor core includes at least one first level cache. The coherency control circuitry is configured to manage intranode coherency among the plurality of processor cores. The coherency unit is configured to couple to an external interface of the node, and is configured to transmit and receive coherence messages on the external interface to maintain coherency with at least one other node having one or processor cores and a coherence unit. In another embodiment, a system comprises an interconnect and a plurality of nodes coupled to the interconnect.
