A flap 25 is consequently moved down. As a result, the operation of the paper feed roller 29 of the offset paper feed means 13 is stopped to stop the feeding of the offset paper 10, while the printing paper 9 is stored in a paper discharge part 14. The printing papers 9 are prevented from overlapping with each other at the pressing means 31 and therefore, it is not necessary to interrupt the printing operation during the offsetting.
