摘要： A downlink resource grant is on a first component carrier having a first downlink to uplink DL/UL subframe configuration, and cross schedules to a second component carrier having a different second DL/UL subframe configuration. If a first set SI of downlink subframes associated with a subframe n of the first DL/UL subframe configuration only partially overlaps with a second set S2 of downlink subframes associated with the subframe n of the second DL/UL subframe configuration, then explicit signaling is utilized to select whether uplink radio resources in subframe n for channel selection are implicitly or explicitly allocated. If instead SI does not only partially overlap SI, then a default rule is utilized for allocating the uplink radio resources in subframe n for channel selection. In different examples the explicit signaling is higher layer signaling which configures a UE; or a predetermined state in a field of the PDCCH.

An IDC Resolution Timer (IRT) is added at both UE and eNB sides. The IRT starts to run once UE sends IDC indication to eNB. If UE doesn't receive any IDC response from eNB after IRT expires, UE could assume that eNB rejects its IDC indication and UE could start to use other possible methods such as switching off other ISM RAT, or using autonomous denial. If UE receive IDC response from eNB before IRT expires, it will reset the IRT.

摘要： There is proposed a mechanism for controlling a discovery of small cells or secondary cells located in a macro cell or primary cell. An eNB signals to a UE located in a primary cell area configuration data related to a physical discovery channel used for transmission of discovery signals in one or more secondary cells. The configuration data comprises a unique Scell ID for each secondary cell, an indication of communication resources used for the physical discovery channel, and information indicating a mapping between the indicated communication resources and the unique ID of each secondary cell for atfocating each unique ID to a specific communication resource. The UE detects for discovery signals on the basis of the information included in the configuration data.

The method includes determining, at a mobile device, whether a first DL CC on an unlicensed band is broken. In response to determining that the first DL CC is broken, an UL CC on the unlicensed band is selected based at least in part on the first DL CC and, a message including an indication that the first DL CC is broken is transmitted from the mobile device on the UL CC. The method includes receiving the message at the access node.
