Microcapsules enclosing a pressure-sensitive adhesive therein (e.g. a particle havng a particle size of 30-300mu wherein an acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive is used as the core material and a terpene resin powder and fine silica powder are used as the wall material) are partially deposited on the adhesive layer 2 to form a microcapsule coated layer 3 in the form of, e.g., a belt, thus obtaining a pressure-sensitive adhesive material.

CONSTITUTION:Nonwoven fabric made of polyester, rayon fiber, on the like is impregnated with an aq. dispersion containing 4.5wt% polyacrylate and 3wt% melamine cross-linking agent, and dried to give heat-resistant nonwoven fabric containing 7.5g/m attached solid. A liquid dispersion containing 10wt% casein, 25wt% acrylicstyrene copolymer, 10wt% Tio2, 0.3wt% amphoteric antistatic agent, 5wt% melamine cross-linking agent, and 50wt% water is coated said fabric, dried, and passed between calenders to smooth the surface, thus producing a dry type transfer sheet. It has 10 ohm.cm surface resistivity, and it is superior in toner fixability, conveyability, and resistant to water and heat.

摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate a possibility of dislodging, etc., and to improve durability by bringing the tacky adhesive surface of a sheet into contact with the surfaces of the characters and figures with which a base material surface is printed, then peeling and transferring the characters and images from the base material sheet to this tacky adhesive surface. CONSTITUTION:Printing paper 1 is printed 2 by a word processor, etc., and this printing 2 is copied onto the base material sheet 4 by using a dry process copying machine by which toner characters 3 are formed. A transparent tacky adhesive tape 5 is press adhered onto the toner characters 3 obtd. in such a manner and thereafter, the characters are peeled to form the transferred toner characters (reflected images) 6 on the tacky adhesive surface. The tacky adhesive tape 5 is then stuck to the surface of a receptor 7, by which lettering is completed. The dislodgment of the toner characters 6, etc., by the influence from the outside, etc., by friction, etc., do not arise with this lettering as the toner characters 6 are coated and protected with the transparent tacky adhesive tape 5.
