摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube having a high-temperature property which is useful as a heat exchanging tube for a high temperature gas-cooled reactor, and can be stably used in a special heat treating atmosphere, such as vacuum atmosphere, carburized atmosphere or the like. SOLUTION: The heat exchanging tube is produced by molding a tube base 11 consisting of Cr base metal (Cr or Cr alloy containing 60 wt.% or more of Cr) by hot hydrostatic pressure press, hot extrusion processing or the like, followed by heating treatment of the base metal to form an oxide film 12 of Cr base metal to cover the surface of the base metal. The oxide film (Cr2O3 or complex oxide film having Cr2O3 as a main phase) functions as barrier layer that blocks the base metal 11 from reacting to any interacting with the special atmosphere, and protects the base metal from the high temperature vacuum atmosphere, carburized atmosphere or the like to raise durability of the tube. The thickness of the oxide film may preferably be 50-500 μm.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration of furnace member and products by early detecting defects in a radiant tube and taking counter measure. SOLUTION: An evaporation preventing gas is supplied into a vacuum chamber 12 through a gas supplying source and a gas supplying pipe 44. Inner pressure of the vacuum chamber 12 is detected by means of a vacuum pressure sensor 38, and the pressure data are inputted to a control unit 40. Volume of the evaporation preventing gas supplied into the vacuum chamber 12 is measured by a flow meter 46, and the data are inputted into the control unit 40. The control unit 40 adjusts volume of the evaporation preventing gas so as to keep inner pressure of the vacuum chamber 12 to a predetermined level based on the pressure data from the vacuum pressure sensor 38, and emergency is detected when the flow data from the flow meter 46 becomes less than the abnormal flow set preliminarily.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe and high durable surface combustion burner in which no back-fire is produced, even if the burner is used at a high combustion temperature. SOLUTION: A flow regulating plate 10 and a burner plate 37 are held by a burner case 30 made of silicon carbide and a supporting plate 20 made of stainless steel. Mixing gas G is supplied from the rear surface of the flow regulating plate 10 and then ignited at the burner plate 37. In addition, the supporting plate 20 is fixed to inner cases 35 made of stainless steel material and each of the inner cases 35 is fixed to a base plate 70. Further, thermal insulating material 36 is filled between each of the inner cases 35 and the burner case 30. With these arrangements as above, the burner can be used for a long period of time in a stable manner at a high surface temperature without producing any back-fire due to a low thermal transfer characteristic of each of the flow regulating plate 10, the burner plate 37 and the burner case 30 and a thermal insulating characteristic of the thermal insulating material 36. Further, even in the case that the burner case 30 is damaged due to durability of each of the inner cases 35 as well as its mechanical strength, fuel gas does not leak out of the burner and a safe operation of the burner is assured.

Since aluminum titanate has a high- temperature characteristic, low-heat expansibility, and low-heat conductivity, it can be stably used at a high surface temperature for hours without the possibility of flashback.
