When the resistance value R0 of a resistor R0' is so trimmed that VA=Vref, VX=(R0+R1/R1)Vref, constituting a circuit CONT which controls the output voltage to a desired value VX invariably. The hybrid integrated circuit part CONT adjusted as mentioned above is used to constitute a switching power source device, preventing variation in output voltage due to variance in circuit element characteristics and a secular change.
