摘要： This invention relates to rolling equipment suitably used to roll a strip coil made of fragile material such as high-silicon steel. This equipment is provided with a rolling mill, tension reels disposed at the inlet and outlet sides of the rolling mill, and deflector rolls disposed between the tension reels and rolling mill. The tension reels are provided in heat retaining furnaces having heating means. The rolling rolls and deflector rolls are provided with means for heating these rolls. 摘要： An agglomerate obtained by firing minipellets granulated from a fine powdery iron ore as a starting material, dispersing and bonding them together, and bonding them with a calcium ferrite in the surface layer thereof. The fine powdery iron ore has a granular size of less than 5 mm. The granules are first prepared by the addition of a flux, and are then coated with a solid fuel to prepare minipellets ranging 3 to 9 mm in diameter. The minipellets are then fired in a firing furnace of a grate kiln system to form agglomerated minipellets. According to the agglomerate and a process for producing the same, particle sizes of the raw material can be selected over a wide range, and the blower for firing needs only a small capacity. Further, yields of the agglomerate can be increased, and the product quality can be improved to exhibit a high RI and a low RDI.
