    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to detect the blur on the window glass without fail regardless of the effect of the temperature, by detecting the difference between reflectivity of reflecting plate which is thermally joined with the glass and the reflectivity of the reflecting plate which is thermally insulated from the glass. CONSTITUTION:The reflecting plate 7a is attached to the glass 1 with a plate 8 having a good heat conductivity. Therefore when moisture is also attached to the reflecting plate 7a, the blur is yielded. At this time, the rate at which the light from a light emitting element 4 is dispersed becomes high, and the output of a light receiving element 3 is decreased. Since the other reflecting plate 7b is thermally insulated from the glass 1 by a plate 9 having good heat insulating property, the blur is not yielded. Therefore, the output of the light receiving element 5 maintains a constant value. When the output of the light receiving element 3 is decreased by a specified rate, the output of a comparator 10 is inserted, and the yielding of the blur can be detected. Thus the blur on the glass can be detected without fail, and the attachment to the glass an be readily accomplished.

    • PURPOSE: To secure a sufficient creepage distance against static electricity while reducing the thickness of a main body case without increasing the size of a sticker. CONSTITUTION: Operation switches 20 consisting of rubber switches and a display part 21 for bar code read confirmation are provided on the substrate 19 on the reverse surface side of an upper case 13. Each operation switch 20 consists of an elastic operation part 24 which has a push-button part 24a, having a fixed contact part and a movable contact part 23 on the substrate and projecting from the top surface of the upper case 13, and a support part 24b in one body and is made of rubber. The display part 21 is composed of an LED 25 on the substrate 19, a through hole 134c formed in the upper case 13, and the sticker 26 covering the through hole 13c. The elastic operation part 24 is provided integrally with a coating part 27 covering the part including the LED 25 of the substrate 19 to secure the creepage distance S against static electricity. The elastic operation part 24 is formed by two-color molding, and the coating part 27 is translucent and the top part of the push-button part 24a is colored.
