摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for inspecting electron beam sterilization of a food container that reliably inspects electron beam irradiation performed in a mass production line.SOLUTION: The system includes: a food container conveyor 20 for conveying the food containers 10; an electron beam irradiator 30 for irradiating the food containers 10 conveyed by the food container conveyor 20 with an electron beam; a physical property detecting unit 40 for detecting at least one physical property value of the food container 10 which has been changed by the electron beam irradiation from the electron beam irradiator 30; and a physical property determining unit 50 for determining whether the physical property value detected by the physical property detecting unit 40 or the variation of the physical property value before and after the electron beam irradiation, is within a predetermined range.

SOLUTION: The inside of a sterilization chamber is set with a transport device for transporting a food container, the electronic beam sterilization device emitting electronic beams to a matter to be sterilized which is transported by the transport device, and an operation device where a reflection member whose surface is metallic is set and which moves the reflection member in response to remote operation from the outside of the sterilization chamber. The reflection member reflects electronic beams emitted from the electronic beam sterilization device. The inside of the sterilization chamber is sterilized with the reflected electronic beams.
