    • PURPOSE:To lower the manufacturing cost and to make a burner assembly compact in the title combustion apparatus, by combinedly forming a vaporizing chamber to the throat which mixed vaporized fuel with air. CONSTITUTION:A vaporizing cylinder 21 is monolithically formed externally around a throat 4. One end of a vaporized fuel introducing pipe 23 is opened to the vaporizing chamber 21, and the other end of it is connected to a nozzle 3. A liquid fuel being fed by a pump 7 through a fuel oil feeding pipe 8 is led into the vaporizing chamber 21 from a fuel inlet port 9. The fed fuel is vaporized in a moment of time because the inside of a vaporizing cylinder 21 is preheated by an electric heater 2. When the internal pressure in the vaporizing chamber 21 is raised by expansion of fuel by vaporing, the vaporized fuel is ejected into the throat 4 from the nozzle 3 via the fuel introducing pipe 23. A combustion air is sucked from the opening 13 at the bottom of it by a jet flow of fuel at the same time. The vaporized fuel is mixed with the air, becoming a mixed gas, going up to a burner head 5 ignited properly, forming flames 15. The vaporizing chamber is monolithically formed with the throat 4 in such a manner that the manufacturing cost of a burner assembly is lowered, and the spaces for a burner part and a vaporizing part can be reduced.

    • PURPOSE: To reduce the value of a thermal stress by one order, to prevent damage of a weld bead, and provide a liquid fuel evaporting device which is high in reliability, by providing a projecting ring to a part of a pipe.
      CONSTITUTION: A part of a pipe 8 is formed in a manner that a projection ring 21 is radially expanded. Thus, since the projecting ring 21 of the pipe 8 is deformed by a relatively low force, even if a relative deviation is produced due to a temperature difference, a high thermal stress is prevented from generation. As noted above, a part of a pipe, both ends of which are airtightly secured to th outer pipe of a sheath heater, is radially expanded to form a projecting ring to reduce generation of a thermal stress, and this enables prevention of break of a weld bead due to a thermal stress.

    • PURPOSE:To constitute an igniter of a kerosene burner which can perform reliably ignition under a low temperature without necessitating a transformer and generating a noise, by controlling a current electrifying an ignition heater by connecting the ignition heater and a preheater with each other so that they become a series at the time of the ignition. CONSTITUTION:When a power source switch 11 is turned ON, relays 21, 22 are turned ON by a controller 12 and preheating is started. When an evaporation wall 3 is arrived at a temperature of about 200 deg.C, the relays 21, 22 are turned ON and OFF respectively by the controller 12, electrification to an ignition heater 20 is started, ventilation is made by a blower motor 17 by turning relays 13, 15 ON successively by the controller 12 and oil supply is started by a solenoid pump 18. In addition to the above, an air-fuel mixture formed by mixing kerosene evaporated by an evaporation wall 3 and air with each other is blown off from a flame hole by passing through a partition plate 6, a distributing plate 7 and flame hole plate 8 and ignition is performed by the ignition heater 20 which has been preheated in red. As impedance between a flame rod 10 and the flame hole plate 8 is declined when the titled igniter is ignited, detection of ignition is performed, and the relay 22 is made to turn OFF and forced ON of the relay 21 is released also by the controller 12.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain an igniter of an evaporation type kerosene burner which ignites reliably even if air-fuel mixture is low-temperature and concentration of the same is thin and generates no noise, by a method wherein a preheater of an evaporating wall and an ignition heater are connected in series with each other and controlled through a relay contact point. CONSTITUTION:An ignition heater 19 is connected in series with a preheater 5 of an evaporation wall 3. Then an NC contact point 21 of a second relay (R2) 20 in a controller 12 is connected in parallel with an ignition heater 19 and an NO contact point 22 of a second relay 20 is connected in parallel with an ON contact point 16 of a first relay (R1) 13 controlling electrification of the preheater 5. When preheating is performed, a completion temperater of the preheating is arrived at, operation is started and kerosene and air mixed up into a gaseous state are streamed out through a flame hole plate 8 in mixed gas under such constitution, ignition is performed by the ignition heater 19 preheated at a temperature of around 1,000 deg.C by action of the second relay 20. After ignition, the second relay 20 becomes nonelectrifyable through a signal of a flame rod 10 and electrification to the ignition heater 19 is suspended.

    • PURPOSE:To minimize the temperature change of hot water even if the flow rate of hot water is changed abruptly, by controlling the temperature of hot water in combination of a proportional factor and an integration factor of the water temperatue at the outlet of a heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION:When the temperature of hot water detected by a sensor 12 disposed at the outlet of a heat exchanger 10 becomes higher than a set temperature, combustion is stopped once and then recommenced about 2-4sec later, and control on the temperature of hot water is recommenced by resetting the integration value of temperature deviation to zero. Providing that TW1 is a temperature signal supplied from a temperature detecting sensor 12 and TW0 is a set temperature signal, the temperature of hot water is controlled by controlling the combustion rate by applying a voltage E (E=EP+E1+E0) to a motor 1, where EP [EP=C1(TW0-TW1)] is a proportional item proportional to the deviation between TW0 and TW1, E1 [E1=C2(TW0-TW1)dt] is an integration item obtained by integrating the deviation, and E0 is a constant. In the above formulas, C1, C2 are also constants. Here, since the constant E0 has a function to increase the rising speed, it is enabled to reduce the temperature rise at the time when the supply rate of hot water is reduced abruptly and hence to supply hot water with small temperature change.

Then, the lower opening part of the cover 15b of the breathers 15a is connected to the lower opening part of a cover 3a of the breather 3 via each breather 3a and the breather 3, thus preventing water such as rain entering from upper and lower parts from invading into the inside of equipment by the cover 3a of the breather 3 of the rear surface plate 2b and the cover 15b of the breathers 15a of the waterproof board 15, respectively.

    • PURPOSE:To provide the drier whose drying performance is satisfactory by rotating a hanger for hanging radially an object to be dried by setting the center of radiation as a shaft, blowing out hot air to the object to be dried from the lower part of the object to be dried, and also, providing the hanger so that the center side of radiation is deviated from the rotational direction. CONSTITUTION:In the upper part of a hot air machine 1, and in the upper end part of a rotary support 10 connected to its shaft 9, a hanger 11 is attached radially, and also, so as to be deviated by an angle theta in the rotational direction against the center line, that is, the center side of the hanger is deviated in the direction being opposite to the rotational direction. When the electric conduction is started to a ventilation fan 2 and a heater 6, air is sucked through a suction port 4 and a filter 5 and heating is executed. Also, hot air is blown out to the upper part through an air course 3 and a blowout port 7. Subsequently, the rotary support 10 is rotated by a motor 8, and an object 2 to be dried also rotates. Hot air comes into contact with the object 12 to be dried and its flow is curved toward the inside of the drier and a contact time with the object to be dried becomes long, and drying is executed uniformly.
