    • PURPOSE: To obtain the titled composition, storable at room temperature for a long term, and orally or parenterally administrable, by incorporating a fermented a fermented milk with honey and a specific stabilizer, homogenizing the resultant mixture, and instantaneously pasteurizing the resultant homogenized mixture at an ultrahigh temperature.
      CONSTITUTION: A nutrimental composition prepared by incorporating 100pts.wt. fermented milk with 18W22pts.wt. honey and further ultrahigh methoxypectin (UHM pectin) and propylene glycol ester (PGA) of alginic acid as a stabilizer without causing the separation and settling of the contents even on the instantaneous pasteurization at an ultrahigh temperature. Preferably, the above-mentioned UHM pectin is added in an amount of 0.1W1.0%, and the PGA is added in an amount of 0.05W0.5%. The above-mentioned fermented milk is obtained by adding skimmilk powder, water and if necessary a fat or oil to a cow's milk, and inoculating the prepared milk with a lactic acid bacterial starter, and cultivating the bacterial starter at 3.5W4.5pH.
