摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a metallic container and cooker having an excellent non- stained and noiseless characteristics by chemically combining a silane surfactant containing fluorocarbon group at the insideface of a metallic container as a monomolecular adsorption film. CONSTITUTION:A cooking pan 1 is degreased by trichloroethylene and submerged in the previously adjusted solution in a dehydrated atmosphere at a room temperature for 24 hours. And subsequently the cooking pan is washed with chloroform solution in the same atmosphere for a half hour and washed with water in the atmosphere for a quarter of hour. The hydroxyl group and the chlorosilyl group of a chlorosilane surfactant react with each other with this treatment and a monomolecular adsorption film 2 is formed in the result of chemical reaction with the cooking pan 1 with 20-30Angstrom thickness. And a material having a plurality of silyl groups is chemically combined at the inside face of metallic container and next, a silane surfactant having fluorocarbon group is chemically combined as a laminate film to the structure. Then excellent non-stained and noiseless characteristics can be obtained.

SOLUTION: The electric water heater is provided with: the vessel 1 storing water or hot water; a heating part 3 heating the water or the hot water in the vessel 1; a temperature detecting means 4 detecting the temperature of the water or the hot water; a control part 5 controlling temperature detection by the temperature detecting means 4 and an energizing state in the heating part 3; a magnetic line generating part 6 causing a magnetic line to act on the water or the hot water; and an ultrasonic wave generating part 8 causing an ultrasonic wave vibration to act on the vessel 1 and the water or the hot water. The magnetic line generating part 6 and the ultrasonic wave generating part 8 respectively preform a magnetic processing and an ultrasonic processing, so that the adhesion of the scale is reduced and the scale hardly adheres to the inner surface 1 of the vessel 1.
