    • In a method for producing a semiconductor device using a logic simulation approach, a circuit model for a user-specified design of a multi-peak resonant tunneling diode-based electronic circuit is provided and includes a plurality of circuit devices. One of the circuit devices is a multi-peak resonant tunneling diode which is modeled by a parasitic resistance in series with parallel combination of a voltage-controlled current source and an intrinsic capacitance. The voltage-controlled current source has an equivalent circuit model with a function stage for realizing current-voltage characteristic curve of the resonant tunneling diode. The function stage includes parallel combination of at least one first circuit branch, at least one second circuit branch and a third circuit branch. Each of the first and second circuit branches has a resistor, a diode and a voltage source. The third circuit branch has a resistor and a voltage source. The first and third circuit branches represent positive resistance sections, and the second and third circuit branches represent negative resistance sections of the current-voltage characteristic curve.

    • An access gateway establishes a link with at least one terminal device via a user interface module, and obtains a cloud storage service list from a backend server. The access gateway selects one cloud storage service from the cloud storage service list, and authenticates one cloud storage service provider server corresponding to the selected cloud storage service to obtain a backend uniform resource locator (URL). The access gateway downloads backend software from the one cloud storage service provider server according to the backend URL, and installs the backend software. The access gateway provides cloud storage service from the one cloud storage service provider server to the at least one terminal device according to the installed backend software.

    • A storage gateway (2) includes: a media card reader (23) for reading data from an external media card (25); a storage device (20) for storing the data read from the media card; a data folder (200) for storing a plurality of subfolders (2000), the subfolders being for storing card IDs (250) of various media cards and the data of the media card; and at least two LEDs (22, 28) for denoting different states of the storage gateway. A related data backup method comprises: checking whether there is a card ID in the media card; checking whether there is a subfolder in a data folder if there is a card ID in the media card; determining whether the entire data of the media card are in the subfolder, if there is a subfolder in the data folder; copying the data; and examining whether the copying is completed.
