    • A solid polymer fuel cell that utilizes liquid fuel such as methanol should prevent generated water from residing in a ventilation port close to an anode, to thereby suppress degradation of a MEA. The fuel cell includes an anode, an anode-side collecting electrode, a sealing material located along a perimeter of a solid polymer electrolytic membrane and interleaved between the electrolytic membrane and the anode-side collecting electrode, and a discharging device that discharges a product generated through electric reaction on the anode. The sealing material is provided in a frame-shape around the anode. The discharging device is a ventilation port formed on the sealing material, and a water repellent material is provided at least one of inside the ventilation port and between the ventilation port and the anode.

    • A base material sheet is fed from a base material supplying unit by a feeding drive unit. A raw film made up of an adhesive film temporarily attached with a first and release liner and a second release liner is supplied from an adhesive film supplying unit and the second release liner is peeled off from the adhesive film by a peeling unit. A label printer prints on the base material sheet and attaches the adhesive film onto the base material sheet. A label sheet that includes the base material sheet, the adhesive film and the first release liner is supplied to a cutter. After a cut line corresponding to a shape of a label is provided on the base material sheet by the cutter, the base material sheet is further transferred by a guide roller and is wound up by a product winding unit.

    • A solid polymer fuel cell includes a solid polymer electrolytic membrane 1, an anode 2 contacting one of the faces of the solid polymer electrolytic membrane 1, a cathode 3 contacting the other face of the solid polymer electrolytic membrane 1, and a gas-liquid separation membrane 4 enclosing a MEA 12 including the solid polymer electrolytic membrane 4, the anode 2, and the cathode 3, and which transmits gas but not liquid. An end face of the gas-liquid separation membrane 1 is sealed, and the MEA 12 is isolated from outside of the gas-liquid separation membrane 4. The anode 2 and the cathode 3 respectively include an electrode terminal extending from an end portion thereof, and the electrode terminal is exposed to outside of the gas-liquid separation membrane 4, through an end portion thereof. With such structure, a fuel is supplied in a form of vapor to the anode 2 through the gas-liquid separation membrane 4 opposing the anode 2, and a reaction product from the anode 2 is discharged through the gas-liquid separation membrane 4 located on a lateral side of the anode 2, and at least oxygen is supplied to the cathode 3 through the gas-liquid separation membrane 4 opposing the cathode 3.
