    • PURPOSE:To prevent the incomplete combustion of unburnt gas and the discharge of HCl by a method wherein high temp. exhaust gas finishing secondary combustion is cooled by controlling its temp. and after the HCl concentration in the exhaust gas is detected, the gas is neutralized by alkali feeder and further after the static pressure in a primary combustion chamber is detected, the pressure in the primary combustion chamber is controlled. CONSTITUTION:The temp. in a primary combustion chamber 2 is discovered by a temp. detector 24 and a controller 23 controls a primary water spraying means 6 or an auxiliary combustion burner 8. The temp. in a secondary combustion chamber 3 is discovered by a temp. detector 27 and the controller 23 controls an after-burner 12. A carbon monoxide concentration is discovered by a CO detector 28 at a pipe 13 and when the amount of air is insufficient, the output from the controller 23 is delivered to control a motor-operated damper 11c. High temp. exhaust gas finishing complete combustion flows into a cooling tower 14 for the exhaust gas through the pipe 13 and the exhaust gas is cooled to a fixed temp. by the ejected water from a water spraying means 15 and the cooled exhaust gas is introduced into a dust collector 17 through a pipe 16. Alkali powder is charged into the pipe 16 from an alkali injection device 18 and powdered dust and alkali are captured together by the dust collector 17.

    • PURPOSE:To improve remarkably the capture effect of heavy metals in case of using a bag filter as a dust collector by a method wherein an incinerator consisting of a primary combustion chamber capable of accomodating uncrushed large-size refuse and a secondary combustion chamber for combustion exhaust gas, a spray cooling system ejecting water into an exhaust gas passage, a feeder for alkali powder, and a dust collector are assembled. CONSTITUTION:The amount of air supplied to a primary combustion chamber 2 is low excess one and the formation of high temp. in the chamber is controlled and the thermal decomposition of plastics is activated. It is proper to keep the temp. in the chamber 1 at a temp. of about 600-700 deg.C. Temp. is controlled by automatic operation in such a manner that the temp. is raised by the ignition of an auxiliary burner 8 and water is sprayed from spray ports 21. It is desirably to keep the temp. in the chamber 2 at 800 deg.C or more and the temp. is raised by the automatic ignition of an after-burner 9. Exhaust gas flowing in a spray cooling system placed in an exhaust gas passage 16 and being cooled is mixed with alkali powder charged from a feeder 26 for alkali powder through a supply port 25 while the exhaust gas is passing through the passage 15 and then dust contained in the exhaust gas is captured by the bags of a bag filter 27.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the light substance such as vinyl from being mixed into a metallic piece and a wood piece and to further enhance sorting precision. CONSTITUTION:A transport pipe is concentrically provided to the inside of a cylindrical screen while keeping a proper interval. This interval is formed of an annular passage and also an air supply pipe is provided toward the annular passage. When one part of comparatively light combustible material starts to enter the inside of the annular passage in a state wherein the same is wound around the noncombustible material such as a metallic piece and around the comparatively weighty combustible material such as a wood piece, the combustible material is surely blown off by the air blown into the annular passage 16 via the air supply pipe 18. Even when the combustible material enters the inside of the annular passage 16, this is midway separated by melting action,. It is scarcely caused that the combustible material, is recovered by being admixed with the metallic pieces or wood pieces.
