摘要： A Flash memory card is disclosed comprising a substrate, a Flash memory die on top of the substrate, a controller die on top of the Flash memory die, and an interposer coupled to with the controller die and on top of the Flash memory die wherein the interposer results in substantial reduced wire bonding to the substrate. The interposer can surround or be placed side by side with the controller die. A system and method in accordance with the present invention achieves the following objectives: (1) takes advantage of as large of a Flash memory die as possible, to increase the density of the Flash card by reducing the number of wire bond pads on the substrate and enabling insertion of the largest die possible that can fit inside a given card interior boundary; (2) more efficiently stacks Flash memory dies to increase density of the Flash card; and (3) has a substantially less number of bonding wires to the substrate as possible, to improve production yield.

摘要： A back lighting source module for a liquid crystal display comprises a pulse width modulation (PWM) controller for providing a pulse width signal to control output current of a lighting element. A half bridge converter includes two power transistors connected in series. An output is formed in a middle between the two power transistors. The output is controllable by the signal from the PWM controller to perform alternating opening and closing. A resonance circuit generates a sine-wave voltage to empower the lighting element. A feedback circuit includes a resistor. When a load varies, a voltage signal generated between two ends of the resistor of the feedback circuit timely changes a conductive time of the power transistors of the half bridge converter to complete regulation of current passing through the lighting element.

摘要： A floor lamp tripod stand includes a socket fastened to a support arm of a floor lamp by a tightening up screw, three legs respectively and pivotably connected to said socket by a pivot pin and a clamp for supporting said support arm on a floor, and three locking plates for locking said legs in any of a series of angular positions on said socket relative to said support arm. Each leg has a top end pivoted to a respective pair of symmetrical wings on the socket and a round rod in an oval hole on the top end retained in either of a series of locating notches on each wing by a spring plate and the respective locking plate. Pressing a finger press portion on either locking plate causes the round rod to be moved from one locating notch to another for permitting the respective leg to be adjusted to any of a series of angular positions on the socket relative to the support arm of said floor lamp.
