摘要： PURPOSE:To minimize the range of reclamation and to use the slope of mountain or a hill for multiple-purpose leizure by laying a collecting path for a truck, which connects the terminal point of a traveling down path where a truck travels down to the start point, and independently operating the truck adapted to move along the collecting path in such a manner as to pass through a void portion formed in the lower portion of a cable car main body. CONSTITUTION:A traveling down path 3 where a truck 2 of a traveling device for leizure is run down using the gradient of a slope 1 is disposed on the slope 1. A traveling down path 3 is formed continuously from the upper portion of the slope to the lower portion thereof by combination of a straight line, a meandering and turning of an open grooved or cylindrical traveling unit. On the line for connecting the lowermost terminal point 4 of the traveling down path 3 to the uppermost start point 5, there is provided a collecting path 7 with a rail 6 for collecting a truck 2 which completes traveling by tracting or self-running. There is provided a transport path 10 with a rail 9 for putting a person on a cable car 8 and transparting the same. A coupler is fitted to the front end of anchor bolt to connect to a joint bolt and fixed to the reinforcing member 6 for the roof 5.

Then, air pressure is applied to the inside of the flexible membrane body 9, and a roof 5 of concrete structure body is constructed on the outer surface of it. Thus not only the intrusion of rain water from the roof 5 and leakage of vapor of stored liquid can be cut off but also the sealing property of the entire storage tank can be secured.
