    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a labyrinth seal device for a turbomachine effectively reducing swirl flow in groove parts with simple structure to suppress unstable vibration of a rotor.
      SOLUTION: A labyrinth seal 8 for the turbomachine is provided in a clearance part between the rotor 3 having a rotating impeller, and a stator 5 supporting the rotor, and includes a seal ring 10 having an outer peripheral side ring part 12 supported to the stator 5, and an inner peripheral side ring part 13 provided with a plurality of comb teeth 16 on the inner peripheral side. The labyrinth seal 8 also includes an air extraction slit 19 provided along a radial direction of the rotor and communicating with the groove parts 17 formed between the comb teeth, and with the outer peripheral side of the inner peripheral side ring part; and a projection 20 provided on the outer peripheral surface of the inner peripheral side ring part 13. The projection 20 is provided in a position substantially adjacent to the air extraction slit 19 downstream in the rotor rotating direction of the air extraction slit 19.

    • PURPOSE:To attain the real time analysis of a waveform by multiplying the new vibration waveform value by the small weight value according to the stored old mean vibration waveform and defining the new mean vibration waveform value with addition of the new vibration waveform when the new vibration waveform value is stored in a mean vibration waveform value area at the corresponding time for each sampling cycle. CONSTITUTION:The newly sampled vibration waveform value is stored in a memory of the corresponding order with the time mean addition of the memory. Then N pieces of new complex amplitude value Ck' are obtained via an equation 1 in a range covering K = 0 through N - 1 for each sampling of a vibration waveform based on the old complex amplitude value Ch already obtained as well as the difference between the new mean vibration waveform value -Xin and the old mean vibration waveform value -Xout so far stored. Then these values Ck' are updated. Thus it is possible to obtain a high speed controller which is immune to the noises and errors and can extremely shorten the calculating time.

    • PURPOSE:To evaluate both additional attenuation and additional mass of fluid even for a complicated structure such as a fluid machine by providing namely an input device, a governing equation operator, a modal operator, a memory and a convergence judgment device. CONSTITUTION:A convergence judgment device 5 compares a new natural frequency and an old frequency stored in a memory 4, judges whether or not the difference is below a set value and directs whether or not to continue the operation. When the device 5 judges no convergence, a series of operation is repeated using a modal additional mass/attenuation device 6, a new governing equation producer 7, a modal operator 3 and a memory 4. When the device 5 judges the convergence, the modal mass and the modal attenuation obtained eventually by an output device 8 are output. With this device, only necessary mode is attended and so application to a structure with large dimensions is possible. Also, the calculation time is shortened and both of the additional mass and the additional attenuation during the compound vibration of fluid in a complicated structure and the structure can be predicted.
